Check your PF balance online anywhere from India, Step by step procedure how check PF balance online.

Click here follow the below procedure. 

Step 1.


Get register with the Employees Provident fund Organisation India. If you are already resister then ignore the step.



Fill all required details.


Once get register with Employees Provident fund Organisation India. follow the below step.

Step 2. Member who already register with Employees Provident fund Organisation India 


  • Choose your document – PAN Number/Passport/ Any other document that have selecting while registering.
  • Document Number – The Document number which you have give at time registering
  • Mobile – The registered mobile number.





Once you log to website it will take you below screen.




Step 3.
Click on tab Download E passbook – Select option Download E passbook. 




Step 4.

Example – Select Maharashtra from Drop Down and Click on Pune Under office name.















Step 5.

You need to enter your PF Account number which you can obtain from your payslip.

(MH/PUN/123456/1234).


Enter 6 digits after PUN. 




Keep blank the 2nd box and then enter 4 digits in the last box. 







Enter characters in the box.



Step 6.
Click on Get the pin.




Step 7.
The PIN will be set to your registered mobile number (be Patient while receiving the PIN as this is a Govt website)





Step 8.
Once your received the PIN, thick mark I agree option the pin in enter authorization pin and click on get status.








  

Step 9.
Click on the hyperlink. it gives you option to download the pdf file with your PF account details.
